The OPTOKON standard 10-year warranty is valid for all cable management components from the OPTOKON range manufactured from ALUMINIUM. This includes all racks, cabinets, shelves, and connector panels. The warranty does not extend to any cables, connectors, adaptors, pigtails, or any other component fitted into the cable management system as an accessory. This warranty is valid and effective from 1/5/2006 and does not apply to any aforementioned product purchased from OPTOKON before this date. Any OPTOKON cable management product purchased before 1/5/2006 is governed by the standard OPTOKON one year warranty valid at the date of purchase. MCNP - Rack Mount Connector Network Panel

The MCNP Connector Network Panel is an economical rack mountable ODF – optical distribution frame for use with splicing of manufactured pigtails, pre terminated cables and field-installable connectors. Made of lightweight and resistant aluminum alloy the MCNP offers user friendly handling during installation and operation and low transportation costs. The incoming cables are strain-relieved at the rear panel of the unit. The pivoting shelf can be equipped with either a splice tray holder or bend radius protection which guides, stores and organizes excess slack. This prevents damage to fibers prior to routing into couplings. The MCNP is used in installations where space is limited.

MFSS - fiber storage shelf

The MFSS is a rack-mountable swing-out shelf for the guidance and storage of excessive cable lengths and patchcords.

VJ6 - Cabinet with slide-out shelf

The VJ6 cabinet introduces a compact, low cost solution for fiber optic cable termination. The VJ6 series is ideal for rack-mounting in confined areas such as equipment enclosures where rack space is limited. The cabinet is delivered unequipped. Slide-out shelf allows easy access to the splicing area for optical network reconfiguration during operation and prevents damage to fibers prior to routing into adapters. On the pin you can place up to 4 splicing cassettes. Maximal fiber capacity depends on number of optical adaptors (24 or 48 fibers). The VJ6 cabinet is produced from Aluminium alloy 5754 material. Benefits are excellent corrosion resistance and very high strength.

MCNP-L Rack Mount Connector Network Panel

The MCNP-L Connector network panel is an economical rack mountable ODF – optical distribution frame for use with splicing of manufactured pigtails, pre terminated cables and field-installable connectors. Made of lightweight and resistant aluminum alloy the MCNP-L offers user friendly handling during installation and operation and low transportation costs. The MVFS-1 is a 1U rack-mountable vented fiber storage shelf for the guidance and storage of excessive cable lengths and patchcords.

TMVJ – Cabinet with slide-out shelf

The TMVJ Fixed Cabinet introduces a compact, low cost solution for fiber optic cable termination. The TMVJ series is ideal for rack-mounting in confined areas such as equipment enclosures where rack space is limited. The cabinet is equipped with slide-out shelf with splice tray holder. This allows easy access to the splicing area for optical network reconfiguration during operation and prevents damage to fibers prior to routing into adapters. The modular system allows splicing and termination up to 96 fibers in rack height 1U.

ECE3 ETSI Splice & Termination Cabinet

The ECE3 is series designed for 300 mm depth ETSI racks. It provides splicing and termination within one convenient housing unit. The ECE3 terminates up to 144 fibers in a 7SU (ETSI height) distribution frame. This unit contains angled panel for mounting various optical adaptors (SC, LC, E2000, ...). It allows decreasing the depth of cabinet.  The swing-out shelf enables unrestricted front, rear and top access to the splicing area and termination panels.
ETSI philosophy is completely different. It is based on metrical system. Height of SU (System Unit) is 25 mm. This type cannot be used in common 19” racks.

OFDU-CAP Rack Mount Cabinet for CAPM Cassette

The OFDU-CAP cabinet is primarily intended for convenient placement of CAPM cassettes. The unified modular system enables easy storage and fastening CAPM cassettes and can be extended according to operator needs. The OFDU-CAP terminates up to 144 fibers in a 3U distribution frame. This unit can take up to 12 prewired CAPM cassettes.

OFDU-TS Rack Mount Splice and Termination Cabinet

The OFDU-TS cabinet is based on universal optical distribution frames. The unified modular system enables easy reconfiguration and can be extended according to operator needs. The OFDU-TS provides splicing and termination within one convenient housing unit. The OFDU-TS terminates up to 192 fibers in a 3U distribution frame. This unit can take up to 12 snap-in coupling panels or prewired cassettes. The slide-out and swing down shelf enables unrestricted front, rear and top access to the splicing area and termination panels. Various types of splice trays can be used.

MCNL - MCNR (SSL) series Splice and Termination Cabinet

MCNR/MCNL series are an economical 19” rack mountable splice & termination cabinet with reduced depth for use with splicing of manufactured pigtails, preterminated cables and field-installable connectors.
MCNR/MCNL has front panel with angle mount adaptors (all standard adaptor types as SC, DLC, E2000, FC, etc.) The cables are strain-relieved at the rear of the unit.
MCNR – Right side / MCNL – Left side pivoting shelf can be equipped with either a splice tray holder or bend radius protection which guides, stores and organizes excess slack. This prevents damage to fibers prior to routing into couplings. The MCNR is used in installations where space is limited.

The slide-out and swing down shelf enables unrestricted front, rear and top access to the splicing area. Various types of splice trays can be used.

ZMPJ – Rack mount fixed cabinet

The ZMPJ Fixed Cabinet introduces a compact, low cost solution for fiber optic cable termination. The ZMPJ series is ideal for rack-mounting in confined areas such as equipment enclosures where rack space is limited. The modular system allows splicing and termination up to 96 fibers in rack height 1U.

OD1-LC-SC-24 Rack Mount pivoting ODF

The optical cabinet OD1-LC/SC-24 introduces an 1U optical distribution frame, designed for termination for up to 48 optical fibers. Terminated with LC, SC or E2000 footprint cutout in pivoting optical distribution frame is an economical rack mountable patch panel for use with splicing of manufactured pigtails, preterminated cables and field-installable connectors. The cables are strain-relieved at the rear panel of the unit. The pivoting shelf is equipped with a splice tray holder and protection which guides, stores and OD1-LC/SC-24 is used in installations where space is limited.

MFDC – Splice and Termination Cabinet

The MFDC Cabinets offers termination and splicing within one convenient housing. The MFDC terminates up to 144 fibers in 6U frame. This unit accepts 12 snap-in coupling panels or prewired cassettes. Fibers are routed to the lower section of the unit where splice trays, fiber bundles, and buffer tubes are stored.  Various types of splice trays, blocks of 8 splice cassettes can be located on a pullout shelf, allowing easy access to the buffer tube, fiber storage and splicing area.

The FOH-Hybrid Splice Box is ideal wall mount interconnect indoor cabinet designed for splice, storage and protection up to 4 LEMO 3K.93C Pigtail connectors (using DLC adaptors) and with 4 power connectors MATE-N-LOK (6 way). These compact, modular units are ideal for use in broadcast infrastructure network inside the wall boxes and patch panels. FOH designed with compact size which can fit for cabinets with minimum depth of 15 cm. The FOH allows to use different types of optical adapters (SC, LC, E2, etc).

FO 22 - Splice and Termination Box

The FO 22 is a cost effective wall mount interconnect indoor cabinet designed for splice, storage and protection of 4 to 24 fiber optic connections. These compact, modular units are ideal for use in locations such as building entrance terminals, telecommunications closets and other controlled environments where wall space is at premium. The FO 22 is from aluminium-magnesium alloy 5754 material (excellent corrosion resistance and very high strength)

MPIC - Interconnect Cabinet

The double-door Premise Interconnect Cabinet (MPIC) is available from 6 to 144 (192) fiber capacities. The cabinet is ideal in building entrance terminals, telecommunications closets, computer rooms and other controlled environments where space is limited. This double door cabinet provides segregated access for the end-user and the installer. Both doors are fully removable from base, which allows easy access during installation works and optical network reconfiguration. End-users can reconfigure the connections without exposing the installation workspace. The cable strain-relief is facilitated with dual cable tie "brackets".

MOMB series Outdoor metal fiber optic box, IP66

The OPTOKON MOMB metal box is designed for optical fiber cables termination outdoors. It is an IP66 design that resists moisture and dust entry. A single door box with lock is provided. Provision for up to 4 optical fiber cables to enter or leave the enclosure through weatherproof cable glands is provided. Four cable anchoring points are provided. The MOMB includes a set of individually removable splice trays according to the customer request; each tray can accept 12 fusion splices. The splice tray stack is secured by a long length hook and loop tie. The housing contains standard CNPM coupling panels with connector adaptors of all most industry used standards.

MOTB-X30 Termination Box

The MOTB-X30 termination box is designed to be used in distribution nodes of FTTH network, MDU building cabinet for example. It allows termination of optical cable by splicing of pigtails, including connection passive optical splitters 1:4, 1:8 and 1:12 into passive fiber optic infrastructure. The ruggedized box is designed for both indoor and outdoor applications.
The MOTB-X30 box includes a holder for SC (DLC) type coupling adapters and splice cassette for heat shrinkable or mechanical splice protection sleeves and holder for passive splitter. Provision for 2 (MOTB-X30B) or 3 (MOTB-X30A) optical fiber cables to enter and 12 smaller entries to leave the enclosure through weatherproof cable glands is provided. Outlet ports allow installation of 24 connectorized patchords.

MOTB-002 Indoor Termination Box

Termination box MOTB-002 suits for jointing fibers with fiber pigtail and it protects fiber optic splices and helps to distribute. The termination box is either a wall-mounting type or desktop type, which is mainly used in telecommunication equipment room and network equipment room. Termination box MOTB-002 is suitable to connect the drop cables to the raiser fibers splices. It is also suitable to connect cable and pigtails.The termination box is for indoor wall mounting. MOTB-002 is applicable for splicing 2 pieces of fiber cable with max. diameter Ø16mm.

MOTB-Y24A Termination Box

Multipurpose fiber optic distribution-termination box MOTB-Y24A is designed to provide a flexible platform to address the multitude of applications that exist in residential and commercial FTTx installations. KNS-12 Splice trays

The splice trays are designed for installation into the OPTOKON system of optical rack mount distribution frames and wall mount optical boxes. The splice trays are equipped with fixed internal fiber bend radius protectors, which allow storage and organization of spare fiber, both primary 250 µm and 900 µm coating. The KNS-SH-D splice holders can be used in the splice cassettes, designed for standard heat shrinkable protection sleeves.  The capacity depending on outer diameter of protection sleeves  after heating is 6 to 12 splices. The KNS-12S stackable series allows installation hinges at the sides of the cassette, which are designed for opening the block of cassettes and enabling easy access to the spliced fibers during fiber optic systems operation. The lid – optional accessories for each cassette type can be used to cover a single or block of cassettes.

GK- Grounding Kit

Grounding kit is designed for ensuring proper conductive connection of all ODF metal parts with grounding rod to prevent even dangerous difference of potential and consequently to avoid human injury or device damage…

Due to this reason, there is a possibility to provide grounding wires by using /G option in ordering code of ODF

CAPM cassettes

The OPTOKON CAPM cassette offers a convenient and much more reliable alternative to unprotected pigtail splicing or field termination. The CAPM cassettes accept passive fiber optic components such as attenuators, couplers/splitters, WDM and CWDM multiplexers, filters, circulators and many other networking devices. As the fiber optic components have been installed into the CAPM cassettes it is possible to include them into fiber optic networks by using the standard system of Optical Distribution Frames without  any need for special distribution frames.

CNPM coupling panels

OPTOKON fiber optic coupling panels CNPM are manufactured from aluminum sheet metal and accommodate most common fiber optic couplings and hybrid adapters. OPTOKON offers a series of high density coupling panels that fit all OPTOKON´s fiber management products. These coupling panels are available with a variety of standard coupling styles in 6 and 8 counts. Custom coupling panels can be designed to suit your needs.
 

OPT-ER-2 IP41 Generic Rack

OPTOKON Generic Racks OPT-ER-2 are an exceptionally rugged and strong cabinet enabling it to be used for all application. OPTOKON Generic Rack OPT-ER-2 offers a highly cost-effective and assembly-friendly solutions for numerous applications in the field of fiber. RS series 19" open frames (two-four post)

The RS series frames are used in closed rooms with controlled access and with suitable operating environment for installed components or wherever racks cannot be used for any reason. These frames are available either in single version (one frame), or in double version (two frames). It differs from the RSM series by its positioning on the base with adjustable feet (castors optionally).

MCPE-04Y Fiber Optic Terminal Box (Wall mounted)

MCPE-04Y is an indoor wall mounted FTTH mini optic terminal box, made of high quality ABS plastic, small size, with plastic splice tray inside. It provides an economical way for terminating optical fibers.

MCPE-02 End User Terminating Box

The OPTOKON MCPE-02 box introduces the wall mount, two fibers box, which is designed for optical cable termination in the customer premises – end user site in FTTH projects. The MCPE-02 box includes the holder for two splice protection sleeves. The internal fiber guides ensure the arrangement of the fiber reserve and its protection against smaller bending radius than allowed. The MCPE-02 allows installation of two SC single coupling adapters.

Wall outlet MCPE-01T  box is designed for FTTH applications, it is used to terminate optical cables to pigtails at customer premises. It is mounted on the wall. The MCPE-01T provides mechanical protection and managed fiber control in an attractive format. The cable is fed to the wall outlet from top side, bottom side or from the back. A patchcord leads from the wall outlet to the active equipment (CPE –Customer Premises Equipment). The MCPE-01T allows installation of one or two adapters, based on standard SC footprint.

MCPE-01F End user terminating box

Wall mount outlet MCPE-01F is designed for use in residential and business applications for the termination of up to 2 fibers. It can hold max 2 SC adapters. The unit can be quickly installed within an office or house.

OFDU-CAP-J

The OFDU-CAP-J cabinet is primarily intended for convenient placement of CAPM cassettes. The Optokryt – cable protection cover is designed for optical cable installation. It includes cable tube for protection of optical cable during installation and header, which serves for pulling of tube with optical cable. The optical cable is fixed by the help of cable gland with appropriate diameter to the protection tube of the Optokryt. 

MOTB-008 Wall-mounting Termination Box

Termination Box MOTB-008 is suitable for jointing fiber cable and pigtail, and it protects fiber optic splices and helps to distribute. The termination box is a wall-mounting type.

OFDU-TS4-310 Rack Mount Splice and Termination Cabinet

The special OFDU-TS4-310 cabinet is based on universal optical distribution frames. The rack-mount Fiber Optic Distribution Frame provides splicing and termination within one convenient housing unit. The OFDU-TS4-310 terminates up to 288 fibers in a 4U distribution frame. The slide-out and drop down shelf enables unrestricted front, rear and top access to the splicing area and termination panels. Cable is fixed in the rear side of the panel, and doesn’t move while opening the drawer. That makes a secure and reliable conection. OPT-SRI Wall Mounting Safe Rack IP65

Wall mounting safe racks OPT-SRI are designed for industrial applications. OPT-SRI racks provided IP65 protection class against dust and water ingress.
Application areas are semi-open areas like factories, warehouses, lean-to roof conditions, where no direct rain and environmental effects. Totally gasketed door, IP65 performing casted handled locking with one point or three point locking system, isolated cable entries provides the best performance on the water and dust ingress.
t=1.5mm thickness material, mono block welded construction, with surface finish, type thermoreactive powder coating, thickness 80-120μm in RAL7038 light grey color or optionally RAL9005 black color. The paint is intended for outdoor use and is composed of pure polyester,  it provides the corrosion resistence.

PUDOS 19” Rack mount Optical Distribution Frame for Data Centers

The PUDOS is an economical rack mountable patch panel for use with manufactured pigtails, pre terminated cables. The cables are strain-relieved at the rear of the unit. This prevents damage to fibers prior to routing into couplings. MFDC-xA Connector Network Panel is the optical distribution frame that can be mounted on a 19” rack. It is designed for splicing pre-made pigtails, pre-terminated cables, and connectors that can be installed on site. The cabinet is made from a lightweight and solid aluminum-magnesium alloy, which makes it easy to handle during installation and operation and also helps keep transportation costs low.
Incoming cables are connected to the side panel of the unit using a PG cable glands, which helps the MFDC-xA meet the IP41 rating. Inside of cabinet is a splice tray holder or bend radius protection to guide, store and organize excess slack of pigtails. This helps prevent damage to fibers before they are routed into couplings.
MFDC-xA cabinet is equipped with angled adapters which prevent direct eye contact with the fiber optic laser and reduce the risk of vision damage.

The panel is made from a lightweight and durable aluminum-magnesium alloy, which makes it easy to handle during installation and operation, and also helps keep transportation costs low.
The incoming cables are connected to the rear panel of the unit using a PG cable gland, which helps the MCNP-xAP meet the IP41 rating. The pivoting shelf on the panel can be equipped with either a splice tray holder or bend radius protection to guide, store, and organize excess slack. This helps prevent damage to fibers before they are routed into couplings.
The MCNP-xAP is equipped with angled adapters that prevent direct eye contact with the fiber optic light beam and reduce the risk of exposure to the laser.
 

X1B - Splice tray

The X1B splice tray is designed for installation into the OPTOKON system of optical rack mount
distribution frames and wall mount optical boxes. The splice trays are equipped with fixed internal fiber
bend radius protectors, which allow storage and organization of spare fiber, both primary 250 μm and
900 μm coating. The X1B splice holders can be used in the splice cassettes, designed for standard heat
shrinkable protection sleeves. The capacity depending on outer diameter of protection sleeves after
heating is 6 to 12 splices.
The X1B stackable series allows installation hinges at the sides of the cassette, which are designed
for opening the block of cassettes and enabling easy access to the spliced fibers during fiber optic
systems operation. The lid is accessories for splice tray and can be used to cover a single or block of
cassettes.
