Metalic SFP Transceivers
OPTOKON’s Copper Small Form Pluggable (SFP) transceivers are based on the SFP Multi Source Agreement (MSA). They are compatible with the Gigabit Ethernet standards as specified in IEEE 802.3. By default it is a full duplex device in preferred master mode with automatic crossover detection. The 10/100/1000 BASE-T operation requires an SGMII interface and 1000BASE-T module works with SERDES interface. Compact RJ 45 connector with fully metal enclosure, for lower EMI is RoHS compliant and lead-free.
SFP Transceivers - 155Mbps
The S155 series are hot pluggable 3.3 V Small-Form-Factor (SFP) duplex, Bidirectional and CWDM transceiver modules designed expressly for high speed communica¬tion applications that require rates of up to 155 Mbps. Transceivers are compliant with the Fast Ethernet, ATM, SONET OC 3/SDH STM 1 standards. The 155 Mbps transceivers are manufactured with LC receptacle that is compatible with the industry LC connector standard. All SFP transceivers have the digital diagnostic monitor feature.

SFP+ Transceivers – 10 Gbps
The OPTOKON transceivers are compliant with IEEE 802.3ae and the 10G MSA (Multi-Source Agreement). This upgrade, and reliability benefits by virtue of being hot-pluggable, also is designed for singlemode and multimode fiber with cost effective and high performance. The S10-D55, 1550 nm cooled EML laser based 10 Gigabit SFP+ transceiver is designed to transmit and receive optical data over single mode optical fiber for link length up to 100 km.
Copper SFP+ Transceivers RJ-SP-10GBASE-T
OPTOKON’s Copper Small Form Pluggable (SFP+) transceivers are based on the SFP Multi Source Agreement (MSA). They are compatible with the 10Gbase-T standards as specified in IEEE Std 802.3 . RJ-SP-10GBASE-T uses the SFP's RX_LOS(must be pulled up on host) pin for link indication. If pull up or open SFP's TX_DISABLE pin, PHY IC be reset.
Active Optical Cable - 10G
Products developed the SFP+ to SFP+ Active Optical cable to provide an affordable, high-performance, low power approaches when connecting point-to-point or rack-to-rack. The SFP+ to SFP+ Active optical cable provide data rates of up to 11.1 Gbps and at distances of up to 300 meters. AOC is electrically hot-pluggable compliant to SFF-8431 and RoHS.
S10-SP- SFP+ to SFP+ passive cable assembly
Products developed the SFP+ to SFP+ copper patch cord to provide an affordable, high-performance, low power alternative to optical SFP+ approaches when connecting point-to-point or rack-to-rack. The SFP+ to SFP+ copper patch cords provide data rates of up to 10 Gbps and at distances of up to 7 meters. Short distance connections using optical cords can cost more than this copper solution.
SFP+ Transceivers – 6.25 Gbps
The OPTOKON transceivers are compliant with SFF-8432. This upgrade, and reliability benefits by virtue of being hot- pluggable, also is designed for single-mode and multimode fiber with cost effective and high performance. 6.25 Gbps SFP+ can be used for CIPRI (2.456, 4.915, 6.144 Gbps), LTE (4.915, 6.144 Gbps) or OBSAI (6.144 Gbps) applications.
QSFP CWDM Transceivers S40-QP-LR4-D
The S40-QP-LR4-10-D is designed to operate over single-mode fiber system using 4x10G CWDM channel in 1310 band and links up to 10km. The module converts 4 inputs channel of 10Gb/s electrical data to 4 CWDM optical signals, and multiplexes them into a single channel for 40Gb/s optical transmission. Reversely, on the receiver side, the module optically de-multiplexes a 40Gb/s input into 4 CWDM channels signals, and converts them to 4 channel output electrical data
QSFP Transceivers M40-V85-QP-SR4-XX-D
The M40-V85-QP-SR4-XX-D is designed to operate over multi-mode fiber system using 4x10G channels in 850 nm. They are compliant with the QSFP+ MSA and IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-SR4. The optical transmitter portion of the transceiver incorporates a 4-channel VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser) array, a 4-channel input buffer and laser driver, diagnostic monitors, control and bias blocks. For module control, the control interface incorporates a Two Wire Serial interface of clock and data signals.
QSFP CWDM Transceivers S40-QP-LR4-XX-D
The S40-QP-LR4-XX-D is designed to operate over single-mode fiber system using 4x10G CWDM channel in 1310 band and links up to 30km. The module converts 4 inputs channel of 10Gb/s electrical data to 4 CWDM optical signals, and multiplexes them into a single channel for 40Gb/s optical transmission. Reversely, on the receiver side, the module optically de-multiplexes a 40Gb/s input into 4 CWDM channels signals, and converts them to 4 channel output electrical data.
Active Optical Cable – 40 Gbs QSFP+
Products developed the QSFP+ Active Optical cable to provide an affordable, high-performance, low power approaches when connecting point-to-point or rack-to-rack. Parallel AOC are using full duplex 4 channel 850nm VCSEL technology. The QSFP+ to QSFP+ AOC provide data rates of up to 40 Gbps (Up to 11.1Gbps data rate per channel). Maximum link length is 300m links on OM3 multimode fiber.
AOC is electrically hot-pluggable compliant to SFF-8431, QSFP+ MSA and RoHS. Power dissipation < 1.5 W (per cable end).
Active optical cable – 40 Gbps to 4x 10 Gbps application
OPTOKON Active cable offers cost-effective solution for aggregate 4 discrete SFP+ channel into single parallel QSFP+ 40G interface. For typical applications, users can install this Active Optical cable between 40G QSFP port and four upstream 10Gbs SFP+ (Server Manufacturers supporting 40/10 Gbps or Data Center with 10 Gbps requirements with aggregation Architecture) and at distances of up to 150m.
CSFP Transceivers – 1.25 & 3.072 Gbps
OPTOKON’s transceivers are compatible with the Compact Small Form- Factor Pluggable (CSFP) Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) option 2, The transceiver consists of 2-channel Bi-directional Optical Transceiver unit with five sections: the LD driver, the limiting amplifier, the digital diagnostic monitor, type of laser (the DFB laser) and the PIN photo-detector. The optical output can be disabled by a TTL logic high-level input of Tx Disable, and the system also can disable the module via I2C. Tx Fault is provided to indicate that degradation of the laser. Loss of signal (LOS) output is provided to indicate the loss of an input optical signal of receiver or the link status with partner. The system can also get the LOS (or Link)/Disable/Fault information via I2C register access. Conventional SFP will function when plugged into a C-SFP socket, at the same time no damage to C-SFP and host board if C-SFP module is plugged into a conventional SFP socket
XFP Transceivers – 10 Gbps
The OPTOKON Small Form Factor 10Gb/s (XFP) transceivers are compliant with the current XFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) Specification. Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in the XFP MSA. The transceiver is RoHS compliant and leads free per Directive 2002/95/EC

The S25G-SP28-DAC SFP28 passive copper cable offers a high-speed and economical solution for 25Gbps Ethernet connectivity, addressing the increasing demand for greater bandwidth in data centers.
The S25G-SP28-DAC cable consists of a single high-speed copper pair capable of operating at speeds up to 25 Gbps. It complies with the IEEE P802.3 Ethernet standard and the SFF-8402 SFP28 standard. Each SFP28 connector includes an EEPROM that stores product information accessible to the host system.
QSFP28 Transceivers – 100Gbps ZR4

OPTOKON 100G QSFP28 ZR4 optical transceiver consolidates the receiver and transmitter paths into a single module.
On the transmit side, four lanes of serial data streams undergo recovery, retiming, and distribution to four laser drivers. These drivers control 4-EML lasers with center wavelengths of 1296 nm, 1300 nm, 1305 nm and 1309 nm. The resultant optical signals are then combined and transmitted through a standard LC connector via single-mode fiber. For reception, the four lanes of optical data streams are optically separated using the integrated de-multiplexer. Each stream is then processed by a SOA+PIN and trans-impedance amplifier, followed by retiming. Notably, this module boasts a hot-pluggable electrical interface, minimal power consumption, and a 2-wire serial interface.
This product conforms to the QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) regarding its form factor, optical/electrical connections, and digital diagnostic interface. Additionally, it adheres to IEEE 802.3ba standards.

The transmitter converts 4 inputs channel of 25.78 Gbps electrical data to 4 optical signals with center wavelength of 1296 nm, 1300 nm, 1305 nm and 1309 nm, and multiplexes them into a single channel through an industry standard LC connector. In the receive side, the four lanes of optical data streams are optically de-multiplexed by the integrated optical de-multiplexer. Each data stream is recovered by a PIN photo-detector and trans-impedance amplifier, retimed.
This module features a hot-pluggable electrical interface, low power consumption and MDIO management interface. The product is designed with form factor, optical/electrical connection and digital diagnostic interface according to the QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and compliant to IEEE 802.3ba and IEEE 802.3bm.
